Binance Partner With Dubai Hotel to Accept Crypto Payments

At hotels in Dubai, the guest will be able to pay in cryptocurrency after joining the payment gateway managed by Binance.  Binance has been helping The Manor Hotel by JA to develop a crypto payment gateway that can be used through the hotel’s website.  According to the Gulf News, the guest can use Binance Coin (BNB), Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) to book rooms and pay for services.

“Virtual assets go in line with The Manor’s vision for sustainability and digital transformation, considering its position among top eco-friendly boutique hotels in Dubai,” The Manor Hotel’s Managing Partner Mohammed Hanif Al Qassim said.

“Binance has been actively engaging established local businesses and institutions to further increase the adoption of crypto for our users and the crypto community as a whole. Our partnership with leading, innovative businesses, such as JA are in line with our vision to enhance crypto adoption across the region,” said Richard Teng, Regional Head of Binance in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).

According to the report, the gateway will be available through the Manor’s official website with strict security measures to protect customers and business owners.

Over the last few months, the acceptance of cryptocurrencies for commodities has increased.  In April, Singapore-based luxury supercar distributor, EuroSports Global, began accepting digital assets for Lamborghini and Alfa Romeo cars.  The company partnered with FomoPay to accept BTC, ETH, Tether (USDT), and USD Coin (USDC) as payments.

Additionally, BitPay partnered with AMC Theaters to accept Dogecoin (DOGE) for ticket purchase.  The world’s largest cinema chain has been accepting Bitcoin and Ethereum payments via PayPal since August.
